To be used in the operation and furtherance of the work of the said Church’s Gospel School located at Luebo, Africa, and to be administered by and under the instructions of the Reverend Dr. Monte Martin and Mr. Allen M. Craig, and survivor of them so long as either of them shall live, and thereafter by the said Executive Committee [of Foreign Missions of the PCUS]; provided, however, that if the said Gospel School should cease operation, then the said fund, or so much thereof as may then remain, shall be used and applied by the said Executive Committee for like work of the said Church; preferably in Africa.
