to be designated by the Scholarship Committee of the Church of Christ in Thailand, for needy and worthy Thai Christian students. If for political or other reasons, after her death, circumstances should arise which would make the expenditure of the income from this fund for Thai students unwise or impossible then the Commission would be and is hereby empowered to use this income for Christian witness and service as it should deem proper and just under the circumstances.

To pay the income from said fund to Silliman University of Dumaguette City, Philippines for the purpose of assisting one or more junior or senior B average or better ROTC students of the Silliman University (preferably a student or students of the Moro Province of Sulu) to complete and acquire a Bachelor of Laws Degree, who upon graduation will seek a commission as an officer of the Philippine Constabulary obligating himself to serve therein a minimum of two years. This scholarship is to be known as the William Calvin Silliman Philippine Constabulary Scholarship. If for any reason the Silliman University should terminate its operation, or it becomes unable to expend the funds for the purposes set forth herein, you shall have the right to use this gift for general church purposes.

Interest only to be used for the following purposes:1. For the Farrukhabad City Girls’ Higher Secondary School at Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh; India.2. Should the Farrukhabad City Girls’ Higher Secondary School, along with other North India Synod Christian Schools no longer be able to continue, then the Commission shall have the discretion to use the income for Christian Education Scholarships under the program of the North India Synod or for the support of the Memorial Hospital at Fatehgarh or the Christian Hospital at Kasqanj, also under the program of the North India Synod and in Uttar Pradesh, India.3. If, in the future, for any reason the income cannot be used in India, the Commission shall have the right to use the Fund in any other field, providing the title and memorial character are always connected with it and the purpose is maintained as nearly as possible.

To be expended for the use of the said Board at Etah, India.

It is my will that the said Board of Foreign Missions shall use its share of said Legacy as an endowment or part of an endowment for the benefit of Assiut College, Assiut Egypt under the care of the American Mission Egypt, the entire share of said Board’s share to be safely invested by the Board, the annual proceeds of which is to be applied to the support of the Professor in said College in addition to the Professors being provided for from the annual appropriations of the Board and the missions or otherwise accounted for which being rendered annually to the missions and to the Board.
