To be used for missionary work in Persia [a/k/a Iran], preferably medical missionary work in or about Hamadan and at present for the endowment of a bed in the hospital at Hamadan. Later should it seem best not to apply the interest to the support of a special bed it can be used in other ways.

To be used for the Broadcasting Station at the Allahabad Agricultural Institute in India. If for any reason the money cannot be used for that Broadcasting station, the Board shall be free to use the money for other mission work in India, preferably for radio broadcasting.

The interest earned only is to be used for a scholarship for one or more students in Hamadan Church School, Hamadan, Iran. If in the future, however, for any reason the income cannot be used in Iran, the Board [of Foreign Missions n/k/a COEMAR] shall have the right to use the income in any other field, provided the title and the memorial character are always connected with it, and the purpose is maintained as nearly as possible.
