Per Cy Pres dated 10/06/2009, that the endowment funds designated for income to be used in an unrestricted manner by COEMAR be restricted such that the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), A Corporation, or any successor in interest to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), A Corporation receiving the income as a beneficiary, may only use the income from such funds for the charitable purposes of COEMAR, as outlined in its Articles of Incorporation, as amended from time to time, and, if COEMAR ever ceases to exist or is merged into another entity, for the last stated charitable purposes of COEMAR as stated in its stand-alone Articles of Incorporation.

For the national and overseas mission work of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. in the area of greatest need.

For the benefit of the Board of National Missions

to be used within the sole discretion of its governing body.

net income shall be used for such purposes of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as its General Assembly shall in its wisdom direct in furthering the Christian program of the Church.
