Until such time as the corpus of the Fund reaches $10,000.00, the Foundation shall pay the net income therefrom quarterly (hereinafter the Net Income), after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of trustees of the Foundation from time to time), to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), 100 Witherspoon Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202 (hereinafter the Term Beneficiary), for its unrestricted use. Beginning with the first quarter after the date on which the corpus of the Fund reaches $10,000.00, the Foundation shall cease paying the Net Income to the Term Beneficiary and shall pay the Net Income therefrom quarterly, after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of trustees of the Foundation from time to time) to Jefferson Presbyterian Church, 243 Washington Street, Jefferson, Georgia, 30549 (hereinafter the Beneficiary), to be used at the discretion of its governing body.
