One-Fifth (1/5) of the net income to the First Presbyterian Church of Spencer, Tioga County, New York, up to and including the sum of Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($500.00) per annum, but no more, for its general expense fund, as long as the said Church deems it desirable. Said payment to be made on the 1st day of the June of each and every year. Further, in the event said Church cease to exist, or be under the jurisdiction of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, or be sold or abandoned, then in any of these events the Board shall immediately discontinue this payment and shall use the income herein designated for the aid of mission churches as the Board may direct. In the event at any time one-fifth of the income here designated exceeds Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per annum, the Board may at all times use such excess for the aid of mission churches as it may direct. The accounting period for the determination of income payable shall run from May 1st to April 30th and in the event of a payment being required for a fractional period either at the beginning or at the end of the series of payments to be made the limitations shall be proportionately adjusted.
