Fund Restriction10/16/13 cy pres order: The Sinking Fund shall be maintained at said level [$250,000] as adjusted annually based upon the Consumer Price Index. Future funding of the Sinking Fund shall be made from the Endowment’s [103120052253] income, before distribution of income as set forth below. The Sinking Fund shall be dedicated as the final operating reserve to maintain and support operations of the House of Rest Corporation. Distributions to the House of Rest Corporation from the Sinking Fund shall not occur unless and until the House of Rest Corporation has substantially exhausted the Maintenance and Operating Reserve Fund [this fund is held by the House of Rest Corporation].

Fund RestrictionIncome to be used for College students who pass an examination on the English Bible, with the prizes to be fifty percent (50%) of income, thirty percent (30%) of income, and twenty percent (20%) of income. Further, Petitioner [Board of National Missions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)] may utilize a gradual spend-down of accumulated income so that the winners the first year do not share a percentage of a huge amount compared to winners the following year.

Fund RestrictionIncome to be used for Scholarship at Wasatch Academy, Mt. Pleasant, Utah, as long as that Academy is in existence, but should it cease to exist then the income is to be used for a scholarship with the Board of National Missions for a similar work in the same area. Income to be applied annually to a scholarship to be known as the Theodore and Mary Keusseff Scholarship.
