Reinvest said income back into the principal of said gift until the total principal reaches Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) or until the year 2040 AD whichever first occurs. Shall be distributed to Muskingum College, located at New Concord, Ohio 43762. The Muskingum College shall use its proportionate share of the said net income for the enhancement of the general student financial assistance fund for qualified and worthy students. Any income not expended in the year it is earned for the general student financial assistance fund shall be added to the general operating fund.
