To be used to facilitate advocacy, coordination, management, networking, and the promotion of fiscal responsibility, among camping and conference ministries of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A); specifically, (1) to the extent feasible, the funds shall support a staff position to promote, support and strengthen the camp and conference center ministries throughout the denomination and coordinate programmatic efforts between all Presbyterian camps and conference centers, or (2) to provide grants to support collaborative programs, excellence in leadership, and coordination among members of the Presbyterian Church Camp and Conference Association (PCCCA).

as the General Assembly shall direct in furtherance of the Christian program of the whole Church.

For the support of the self-development of people program of the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A., presently administered by the National Committee on the Self-Development of People of the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America. The National Committee on the Self-Development of People shall use the said income from the fund herby established as follows: one-half (50%) for its work within the Golden Gate mission areas, and one half (50%) for its work within the United States of America.
