To Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia…The Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia shall use the said income from the fund hereby established to provide scholarships for members of the Gereja Kristen Indonesia-Jawa Tengah (the Central Java Indonesian Christian Church) or its successors. Should the Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should the Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia or its successors cease to exist or cease to be officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income from this gift shall be paid to a theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Should the theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should the theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) or its successors cease to exist or cease to be officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income shall be paid to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA), to be used for purposes as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor.

A la Unidad del Ministerio de Misión Global, o a su sucesora, de la Iglesia Presbiteriana (EUA), los ingresos netos trimestrales. La Unidad de Ministerio de Misión Global de la Iglesia Presbiteriana (EUA) utilizará dichos ingresos del fondo aquí establecido para becas de la Iglesia Presbiteriana Unida en Brasil, o su sucesora, para uso de estudiantes que vivan o hayan nacido en las regiones de Baia o Goais en Brasil. Las becas deben ayudar a los estudiantes, con preferencia a los representantes de aquellos con los que Ruth Graham e Irvine Graham trabajaron durante su vida. Estos estudiantes pueden ser caracterizados como estudiantes que provienen de familias de bajos ingresos, son ambiciosos para crecer y servir a su iglesia y comunidad, y para compartir lo que tienen.
