Fund RestrictionTo Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia…The Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia shall use the said income from the fund hereby established to provide scholarships for members of the Gereja Kristen Indonesia-Jawa Tengah (the Central Java Indonesian Christian Church) or its successors. Should the Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should the Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia or its successors cease to exist or cease to be officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income from this gift shall be paid to a theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Should the theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should the theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) or its successors cease to exist or cease to be officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income shall be paid to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA), to be used for purposes as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor.

Fund RestrictionTo the Global Mission Ministry Unit, or its successor, of the Presbyterian Church (USA) the net income therefrom quarterly. The Global Mission Ministry Unit of the Presbyterian Church (USA) shall use the said income from the fund hereby established for scholarships for the United Presbyterian Church in Brazil, or its successor, for use for students who live or were born in the regions of Baia or Goais in Brazil. The scholarships should aid students, with preference to representatives of those with whom Ruth Graham and Irvine Graham worked during their lifetime. These students can be characterized as students who come from low-income families, are ambitious to grow and serve their church and community, and to share what they have. Should the United Presbyterian Church in Brazil or its successors cease to exist or cease to be officially related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income shall be used by the Global Mission Ministry Unite or its successor of the Presbyterian Church (USA) for purposes as similar as possible to the original intent of the donors.
