for its Career and Personal Counseling Center [closed 1/1/2021] [1/2022 – now used by Career Services department] to provide aid for needy adults who are not otherwise able to afford guidance in Life/Work Planning. Recipients of scholarship aid shall be requested to help others, by making contributions (repayment of aid received) to the Fund when they are financially able. The Executive Committee of the Career and Personal Counseling Center shall annually make a report to the Elizabeth H. Prest family of the number of clients, i.e. needy adults receiving scholarship aid. The income from the Elizabeth H Prest Scholarship Fund shall be reinvested each quarter of the current year. The income from the preceding year shall be sent to the Beneficiary in January of the following year.
