Should Kinnaird College of Lahore, Pakistan be merged or consolidated with any other educational institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), first preference for the use of the said net income from the gift shall continue to be for the said merged educational institution, which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Second preference, should Kinnaird College or Lahore, Pakistan cease to exist or cease to be related to or officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), shall be given to qualified candidates attending Avalon Girls’ Higher Secondary School and Training Center currently located at Pathankot, Punjab, India. Avalon Girls’ Higher Secondary School and Training Center of Pathankot, Punjab, India shall administer this scholarship in accordance with the above terms of this agreement with the added stipulation for qualification of candidates that the worthy female Christian student must also be either Pakistani or Indian and enrolled in either a medical or botanical science educational program. Should Avalon Girls’ Higher Secondary School and Training Center of Pathankot, Punjab, India be merged or consolidated with any other educational institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), second preference for the use of the said net income from this gift shall continue to be for the said merged educational institution, which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
