Fund RestrictionIncome shall be paid to St. Paul’s Theological College, Limuru, Kenya, through the Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations of the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, provided, however, said College shall have the option of directing that the beneficial interest be paid to said College in one sum; provided, however, should said College cease to exist or cease to be a part of or officially connected with The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. prior to the payment of said beneficial interest, the beneficial interest in this gift shall be used by the Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations, wherever the need is greater.

Fund Restriction[to Coemar] For the benefit of the Presbyterian Hospital at Taegu [n/k/a Daegu], [South] Korea, as directed by the Superintendent of said Hospital. Provided, however, should the Presbyterian Hospital of Taegu, Korea, cease to exist or cease to be a part of or officially connected with The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A., the interest shall be used by the Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations, wherever the need is greatest.
