Fund RestrictionIncome shall be paid to St. Paul’s Theological College, Limuru, Kenya, through the Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations of the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, provided, however, said College shall have the option of directing that the beneficial interest be paid to said College in one sum; provided, however, should said College cease to exist or cease to be a part of or officially connected with The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. prior to the payment of said beneficial interest, the beneficial interest in this gift shall be used by the Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations, wherever the need is greater.

The Lebanon Fund

Fund RestrictionShall be used by The United Presbyterian Church in the USA, as such income is received, for its overseas mission work in relation to the churches in Lebanon that are related to the National Evangelical Synod of Syria and Lebanon. The United Presbyterian Church in the USA, shall use the said income from the fund hereby established as its Religious Works Committee shall decide. Should The United Presbyterian Church in the USA, cease to have a relationship to the churches in Lebanon through the National Evangelical Synod of Syria and Lebanon or other similar church body, the net income from this gift shall be used by the Church, in accordance with the terms of this agreement, for work as similar as possible to the original intent of the donor.
