Income shall be paid to St. Paul’s Theological College, Limuru, Kenya, through the Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations of the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, provided, however, said College shall have the option of directing that the beneficial interest be paid to said College in one sum; provided, however, should said College cease to exist or cease to be a part of or officially connected with The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. prior to the payment of said beneficial interest, the beneficial interest in this gift shall be used by the Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations, wherever the need is greater.

for scholarship assistance for young Christians needing help to study medicine or related subjects in schools outside the United States wherever the need is greatest.

To be used to advance religious education in the mother tongue, Assyrian, of worthy young people in Iran, with preference given to orphans and preferably to those dwelling in the Rizeiyeh area.

for Sunday School Work.

The income from this fund shall be used for the program of the United Presbyterian Church in its support of the Assyrian Evangelical Church (Presbyterian) of Iran. The income shall not be equalized with other budgetary or program support for this Church in this part of the world, but shall be outside the budget support, sent in the name of and as a memorial to the Assyrian Presbyterian Church of Yonkers, N.Y. Should the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. cease to be related to the Assyrian Evangelical Church (Presbyterian) of Iran at some time in the future, the income from this fund shall be used for work as similar as possible to the original intent of the donor church.
