Fund RestrictionProvide college level scholarships to such young men and women as it considers worthy, eligible, competent and qualified to receive college level instructions. The scholarships, or scholarship, be given not necessarily to the child or children with the highest marks in school, but rather to such child or children most interested in pursuing his or her education. No scholarship is to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) each year. No individual child shall receive more than four (4) annual scholarship grants.
