To Duta Wacana United Theological College…The Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia shall use the said income from the fund hereby established to provide scholarship money for needy theological students preparing for ministry in and ordination by the Central Java Christian Church. Should the Duta Wacana United Theological College be merged or consolidated with any other institution of the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should the Duta Wacana United Theological College or its successors cease to exist or cease to be officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income shall be used for such purposes of the Presbyterian Church (USA), as its General Assembly shall in its wisdom direct in furthering the Christian program of the Church.

For educational loans and scholarships for theological students, with preference given to students of Pittsburgh Seminary. This Fund shall terminate on December 29, 2039 and all accumulated income and principal, including the right to all loan repayments from students, shall be paid to the Presbyery of Southeastern Illinois for general church puposes. Any loan repayments received after that date shall be sent to said Presbytery.

to be used for the promotion and spread of the gospel in foreign lands.

To be used for the Board of National Missions general work with preference being for either direct, special evangelical efforts or for supplementing such efforts by the various churches of the Presbyteries, preferably in Portland, Oregon.

that part of said income for home missions to be used preferably in home missions in and around Rowan County and elsewhere in and near said county in North Carolina.
