In the event that the said project is no longer in existence then said funds shall be used for such projects of Mission as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor.

For the Nile Theological College, Khartoum, Sudan to be used for the ECO #862765 Scholarship Fund. Should the ECO #862765 Scholarship Fund cease to exist, the Net Income shall be used for theological education in Sudan or that region.

for Extra Commitment Opportunity #047-902 for Central SW Bethel Presbytery of the Ethiopian Evangelical Church, Mekane Yesus, for bible school operating costs. Should the charitable purpose, provision of Extra Commitment Opportunity #047-902 for Central SW Bethel Presbytery of the Ethiopian Evangelical Church, Mekane Yesus, for bible school operating costs, become in the sole opinion of the Foundation, obsolete, impractical or impossible to perform or fulfill, then the Foundation shall pay the net income quarterly to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the contingent charitable purpose, provision of the Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship for Ethiopia. Further, should the contingent charitable purpose, provision of the Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship for Ethiopia, become in the sole opinion of the foundation, obsolete, impractical or impossible to perform or fulfill, then the net income shall be administered by the Foundation for purposes which parallel, to the extent possible, the original intent of the Donor, in the judgment and sole discretion of the Foundation.
