Fund RestrictionSaid net income will be recorded on the records of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. toward the Annual Christmas Offering of the following churches: One half shall be credited to the Allison Presbyterian Church located at 1520 West 21st street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202; and One-half shall be credited to the Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church located at 309 North Dillard Street, Monticello, Arkansas 71655.Should the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) cease to administer an annual Christmas Offering which is for the support of supplemental pensions and nursing home care assistance and the support of minority education, then said net income shall be used by the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as follows: One-half (50%) of the said net income shall be used to support supplement pensions and nursing home care assistance through its Board of Pensions; and One-half (50%) of the said net income shall be used to support minority education.

Fund RestrictionTo be used for the following Extra Commitment Opportunity which is validated by the National Ministries Division, Mission Funding or its successor: Council of Evangelical Churches of Nicaragua (CEPAD) for Community Health (#862616), Pastoral Studies Ministries (#347002), and for the Loan Fund (#347002) for Churches in Nicaragua. In the event that the said project is no longer in existence then said funds shall be used for such projects of Mission as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor. Fund Restrictionfor Extra Commitment Opportunity #047-902 for Central SW Bethel Presbytery of the Ethiopian Evangelical Church, Mekane Yesus, for bible school operating costs. Should the charitable purpose, provision of Extra Commitment Opportunity #047-902 for Central SW Bethel Presbytery of the Ethiopian Evangelical Church, Mekane Yesus, for bible school operating costs, become in the sole opinion of the Foundation, obsolete, impractical or impossible to perform or fulfill, then the Foundation shall pay the net income quarterly to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the contingent charitable purpose, provision of the Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship for Ethiopia. Further, should the contingent charitable purpose, provision of the Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship for Ethiopia, become in the sole opinion of the foundation, obsolete, impractical or impossible to perform or fulfill, then the net income shall be administered by the Foundation for purposes which parallel, to the extent possible, the original intent of the Donor, in the judgment and sole discretion of the Foundation.
