Said income is to be used by the Church Vocations Ministry Unit, or its successor, for specific programs for the development of capable leadership. The intent of this gift is for Candidates for the Ministry and Pastors to acquire skills in effective human relationships. The goal of these healthy relationships is to create an atmosphere that will motivate, challenge, and inspire congregations to serve Jesus Christ in the total ministry of the Church. Income from this gift is not to be used for staff salaries and expenses. It is the Donor’s prayer that God will bless our church through this special emphasis.
