For the support of the self-development of people program of the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A., presently administered by the National Committee on the Self-Development of People of the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America. The National Committee on the Self-Development of People shall use the said income from the fund herby established as follows: one-half (50%) for its work within the Golden Gate mission areas, and one half (50%) for its work within the United States of America.

the General Assembly of Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is to use the income for the Global Mission Ministry Unit, or its successor, to be used for the support of the medical missionaries of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as identified by the Medical Benevolence Foundation currently located at 320 Highway 190, Woodville, Texas 75979-9717.
