To assist retired Christian workers and ministers in the Philippines when they have insufficient funds for their subsistence and/or to help meet the medical needs of retired or active Christian workers, both lay and clergy, including their families.

To use this gift in its entirety as an addition to the T.V. and Luella S. Reeves Scholarship at Silliman University, at Dumaguette, Negros Oriental, Philippines, unless this institution shall have been taken over by the government of the Philippines, in which case this bequest shall be used for the benefit of Indians in the State of New Mexico;

for the overseas mission work of the United Presbyterian Church in the USA, to train nationals, preferably in the Mid-East area.
