With first preference given to its work in providing scholarships for students of Tokyo Union Theological Seminary in Tokyo, Japan, and with second preference given to its work in providing scholarships for students of Union Theological Seminary located in Manila, Philippines. Further, should Tokyo Union Theological Seminary desire, they may, at their sole discretion, revoke all or part of their proportionate share of this gift by withdrawing all or part of the full market value of their proportionate share of this fund at any quarterly valuation date by giving the Foundation written notice of intent to withdraw ten days prior to such valuation date. Each request for partial withdrawal shall be for not less than $1,000.00 per withdrawal. Income on any withdrawal shall cease on the date of withdrawal.Lastly, the income and or principal paid to the five designated causes set forth above shall be outside the budget of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and shall not be equalized.
